Participation is open to individuals, institutions, organizations, and sponsors worldwide. By registering, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

All registrations, sponsorships, and payments must be completed through officially approved payment channels listed on our website. Registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.

Prices listed on the website may be subject to taxes, service fees, and currency fluctuations depending on your country and chosen payment method.

All payments made to the European Voice Assembly are non-refundable except in circumstances officially approved and documented by the organization. Failure to attend the event, visa rejection, travel inability, or personal change of plans does not constitute grounds for a refund.

EVA reserves the right to modify event schedules, formats, venues, speakers, or dates if necessary. In the case of unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters, international restrictions, or emergencies—the event may be postponed or shifted online. Registrations remain valid for the rescheduled edition.

All participants agree to act respectfully and professionally. Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

All event content—including speeches, materials, branding, recordings, and documentation—is the exclusive property of the European Voice Assembly and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written consent.

Participants grant the organization permission to record sessions and use photos, video clips, or testimonials for documentation and promotional purposes.

By registering, you agree that EVA may securely store and process your data for administrative, operational, and communication purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

Sponsors and business booths must comply with organizational guidelines. EVA reserves the right to reject any marketing activity, product, or messaging that conflict with ethical standards or global regulations.

Participants are responsible for their own visas, travel arrangements, accommodation, and related costs unless explicitly provided by EVA in writing.

The European Voice Assembly is not responsible for personal loss, injury, travel issues, accommodation errors, or third-party actions before, during, or after the event.

By registering, purchasing, or attending, you confirm that you understand and agree to all policies listed in this document.

EVA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
