Turkey Visa Advisory

For Participants of European Voice Assembly (EVA) 2026 – Türkiye Edition. Attending an international conference is an important professional step, and Turkey welcomes thousands of global participants every year for academic, youth, and policy-based events.

  1. Determine Your Visa Requirement by Nationality: Verify eligibility through official Turkish government visa portals or nearest Turkish diplomatic mission.
  2. Identify the Correct Visa Type: Apply for a Short-Term Conference / Event / Business Visa suitable for attending EVA 2026.
  3. Obtain an Official Invitation: Secure an official invitation or participation confirmation from EVA.
  4. Prepare a Valid Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date with 1-2 blank pages.
  5. Complete the Visa Application: Apply online via Turkish e-Visa system or embassy/consulate depending on nationality.
  6. Arrange Travel and Accommodation: Show flight reservations and accommodation details reflecting conference dates.
  7. Demonstrate Financial Capability: Provide proof of financial support such as bank statements or sponsorship letters.
  8. Provide Supporting Documents:
    • Conference invitation or registration proof
