- Identify the Correct Visa Type: Apply for a Short-Term Conference / Event / Business Visa suitable for attending EVA 2026.
- Obtain an Official Invitation: Secure an official invitation or participation confirmation from EVA.
- Prepare a Valid Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date with 1-2 blank pages.
- Complete the Visa Application: Apply online via Turkish e-Visa system or embassy/consulate depending on nationality.
- Arrange Travel and Accommodation: Show flight reservations and accommodation details reflecting conference dates.
- Demonstrate Financial Capability: Provide proof of financial support such as bank statements or sponsorship letters.
